An interview with AMD’s CEO provided some additional insight into the launch of this new gaming GPU, with the RX 9070 XT described as a “fantastic success” that led to ten times more first-week sales compared to last-gen AMD Radeon GPU launches.

It balances performance and price well, at least at the MSRP, while providing Nvidia with serious competition in the mid-tier gaming market for the first time in years.
