This optional boss can be found in a hidden temple tucked away in a corner of the map, and there’s more to this encounter than a straightforward boss battle.
Like its name suggests, the Dragon's Dogma 2 Sphinx challenges the Arisen to solve a series of riddles, which must be solved to avoid a deadly fight in the RPG game. Game director Hideaki Itsuno and lead game designer Kento Kinoshita lifted the lid on the Sphinx in an IGN First interview.
